Facilities Maintenance (Residential and Commercial)
- Preventative maintenance - These are measures taken to prevent building or
equipment failure, deterioration, or malfunctions these measures are done on a (Weekly, Monthly,
yearly or biannually) schedule and this includes but is not limited to i.e.,
Janitorial cleaning, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, landscaping, gutter cleaning, pest
control (Emergency or non-Emergency)
- Basic repairs & Renovations - Handling repairs, renovations and maintenance of
residential and commercial structures and providing services such as plumbing,
painting, floor repairs, paving, ceiling and drywalling etc.
- Routine Inspections - Regular inspections are conducted to identify issues or
potential
problems. These inspections may be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually,
depending on the specific requirements of the building.
Road Construction & Maintenance
- Road maintenance - routine inspections of roads, clearing debris from
surfaces and
structures, roadside landscaping such as clearing weeds and trees.
- Road markings - painting of dividing lines between traffic lanes, control
lanes,
pavement markings, & guardrails.
- Signage – install and secure road signs and replace them if need be. Applying
road
safety policies, procedures and standards.
Post Construction Cleaning
- Construction Waste Removal
- Reliable removal of construction debris & rubble in an environmentally friendly manner,
& recycling where possible and reducing waste.
- Commercial and Residential post construction cleaning
